2 · What we collect

• Order information — name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number where given, and order history.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card; we do not store full card numbers.
• Correspondence — the content of emails and contact-form messages you send us.
• Site usage — basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and approximate location derived from IP address.

3 · Why we use it

• To process, ship, insure and support your order.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To send updates only if you have asked to receive them.

4 · Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who work on our behalf: our e-commerce platform, our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

Order records are kept as long as needed for warranty, returns, accounting and tax purposes, typically seven years. Correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

7 · Your choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. Write to hello@fowlier.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8 · Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9 · Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
